This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation and refund terms for Selzo, a SaaS commerce platform operated by Aivra (“Selzo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By subscribing to or using Selzo’s Services, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Selzo operates on a subscription-based SaaS model.
👉 All fees paid to Selzo are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
Digital services, once accessed or activated, are generally not eligible for refunds under consumer protection laws.

Service credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
All payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for resolving chargebacks initiated from your end.
Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations will be handled as per Selzo’s Terms of Service.
